Please note that once the deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed, and the remaining balance needs to be settled upon check-in. Failure to complete the payment of the balance may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and the availability of resources, we have implemented a no-cancellation policy for our particular tour packages. Once the deposit is made and the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled for a refund.
Rebooking Option:
If you need to reschedule your booking, we offer a rebooking option. You can make a one-time request to change the dates of your stay within one year from the original date of the reserved dates, subject to availability. Rebooking is allowed if you notify us 2 weeks in advance. Moreover, please note that any changes requested may be subject to additional fees or price adjustments based on the updated staycation rates.
Security Fee:
We kindly request all our guests to provide a security deposit for their accommodation upon check-in. The security deposit is set at 1000 Php each. This deposit serves as a precautionary measure against any potential damages that may occur during the duration of the stay and also may be used as credit for any items bought from the in-house pantry. If damages are incurred in any of the rooms or suites, the corresponding fees will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of damages or consumables exceeds the initial security fee, additional charges may be imposed. However, if no such charges are necessary, the security deposit will be fully refunded to guests upon check-out.
Failure to adhere to any established guidelines or policies, as well as failure to pay the security fee, grants management, at any time, the authority to refuse entry or require guests to vacate the premises without issuing any refunds.
