How many units are there?

We have a total of 2 studio condo units in Sorrento Oasis, Pasig City.

How many persons can a unit accommodate?

Our accommodations comfortably host up to four guests, with additional bedding provided as needed. An additional charge of 250 Php per person will apply for each guest beyond the first two.

Are kids FREE?

Children aged 4 and below stay for free, provided they share the existing bedding provided in the unit.

Can we cook? Are there utensils?

Guests are welcome to cook in the unit, and a comprehensive selection of kitchenware and diningware is provided for their convenience.

Are the additional fees for the use of the swimming pool?

The first two guests enjoy complimentary use of the swimming pool, while each additional guest incurs a charge of 100 Php.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out is 12:00 noon.

Can we do early check-in / late check-out?

We offer early check-in and late check-out options for 250 Php per hour, subject to availability.

Flexible check-in and check-out times are available if there are no guests scheduled before or after the dates of your stay.

Are the units pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted inside or outside of the units.

Can we smoke? E-cig? Vape?

Smoking, e-cigarettes, and vaping are prohibited inside the units and within the condo building. However, There is an area right outside the building where you can smoke, e-cig, or vape.

Are there parking options?

Secured parking within the Sorrento Oasis compound is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 300 Php per day. Guests are kindly requested to inquire at the reception for further assistance.

Are towels provided for all guests?

Towels are supplied for the standard occupancy of the unit. Extra towels for additional guests can be obtained at 80 Php each. We advocate for the adoption of health and sanitation practices, and we suggest guests bring their own towels whenever feasible. Fresh towel requests are permitted for stays exceeding 3 days.

Guidelines

After booking confirmation

Please provide valid IDs for all guests via FB Messenger or Airbnb messaging. Upon receipt, we will send a gate pass that must be presented to the Sorrento Oasis Gate and reception upon check-in.

Before Self Check-in

Kindly settle the balance for your booking plus a security deposit of 1000 Php via GCash.

This deposit serves as a safeguard against any potential damages that may occur during the stay and may be also used as credit for any items purchased from the in-unit pantry. If damages are incurred in any of the units the corresponding fees will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of damages or purchases exceeds the initial security deposit, additional charges will be imposed. However, if no such charges are imposed, the security deposit will be fully refunded to guests upon check-out.

Please ensure that you present your gate pass to the guards or receptionist on duty for proper recording. The keys to your unit can be retrieved from the corresponding unit mailbox located near the reception area of the building.

During your stay

Practice energy conservation by turning off any electrical appliances when not in use.

Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime.

Smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit.

Do not dispose of items that may cause clogging in the toilet or sinks.

Please list down any items taken from the in-house pantry.

Upon check-out

Before leaving, please check for any personal items you may have left behind, such as gadgets, chargers, or eyeglasses.

Clean as you go! Kindly maintain cleanliness during your stay. We're not a hotel but a staycation/Airbnb property. Please ensure you leave our unit as pristine as when you arrived. Failure to clean dishes and tidy up may incur cleaning fees. Thank you for your cooperation.

Ensure all electrical appliances are turned off or unplugged, except for the Wi-Fi router.

Lock the door securely before departure.

Please message us before leaving the building to arrange the return of your security deposit.

Don't forget to leave the keys inside the corresponding mailbox near the reception area.

Failure to adhere to any established guidelines or policies, as well as failure to pay the security fee, grants management, at any time, the authority to refuse entry or require guests to vacate the premises without issuing any refunds.
